More updates...

The tree line behind the bridge has been expanded, to hide more of the oncoming trains, as well as to extend the scenery farther back to the rear of the layout.

A dumpster has been placed next to the shop for all the scrap metal that they seem to produce when repairing equipment. Note also the telephone pole behind it.

More telephone poles are in place beside the bridge.

Another pole. How long these will be up, I don't know; it may be a while before I get some more realistic ones to put on the layout.

Finally, I added a bit more "greenery" to the edge of the layout, to help blend the area into the backdrop. Now, if I can just get a gate for the cell tower fence!
